PRODUCTS and PRODUCTION TIME: Our jewelry is made of Sterling Silver AND/OR 10K Gold. ** MOST styles are UNISEX. Each Piece is handcrafted so, small variances will occur. **Unless we have a finished piece in stock, ALL items will take a MINIMUM of two to three weeks for production. IF you have a deadline, please reach out BEFORE you order to see if we can accommodate your request. We will do our best to help but, sometimes the deadline doesn't leave us enough time to make your item(s).
PERSONALIZATION and CUSTOM ORDERS: Orders for personalized items (regular store items or custom items), require a 1/2 down, NON-REFUNDABLE, deposit and CANNOT be cancelled after 48 hours from date of the order. After 45 days, the store item will be returned to inventory or if possible, sold. ** Special order items made in ALL 10K gold or 14K gold will require a three to four week wait and a deposit. **Quotes are valid for 48hrs ONLY. DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE.
PAYMENT: Our website allows your to enter a CC number or use "PAYPAL" when you are checking out. **If you have a PayPal Account, it will recognize your e-mail address and want you to use it. Click Continue without logging in to PayPal, and it will take your payment as a Credit Card.

Plan ahead for your order to allow plenty of time before your deadline.
RESTOCKING FEES/SHIPPING: ALL Bracelets are made according to the wrist size you choose when ordering. OUR FITTED bracelets will be 1/4" larger than your wrist size. It will save US time/material and YOU money in shipping charges restocking fees, if we get it right the first time. Please measure carefully and enter your wrist size.
